The holiday apartment with a view of Lake Kummerow is located on the upper floor of a separate residential outbuilding on the owner's approx. 1,800 square metre residential property. The lake, a beautiful lakeside path and a canoe station are just a few steps away, the Aalbude water hiking rest area is about a 15-minute walk away. The approx. 45 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment is accessible via a separate external staircase and has a living room (upholstered seating area with sleeping function, flat-screen TV, radio) with open-plan kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a furnished balcony and a car park. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. The small, idyllic resort of Verchen is located directly on the northern shore of Lake Kummerow, the fourth largest lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, in the centre of the Mecklenburg Switzerland and Lake Kummerow Nature Park. Together with the Peene and its tributaries, the lake is an important resting place for native and Nordic bird species, but is also an insider tip for all anglers due to its abundance of fish. The region is characterised by gently rolling hills with wonderful views and is ideal for hiking, cycling or water sports, and there is a lovely beach with a children's playground, boat and bike hire, snack bars and a rest area for water sports enthusiasts, as well as boat and canoe trips on the lake or the adjacent Peene, and excursions to the Reuterstadt town of Stavenhagen, Malchin or the Hanseatic town of Demmin, all just 15 km away.
