Röbel/Müritz condo sleeps 3, bed linen & towels included

Centrally, yet quietly located in a side street of the beautiful old town of Röbel, there are three charming holiday apartments for 2 or 3 guests in a lovingly renovated half-timbered house from the 18th century (partly LOW ceiling heights!). In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, a café and the Müritztherme, the nearest supermarket is approx. 800 m away, the harbour with promenade approx. 1.5 km and the Müritz-Strandbad approx. 3 km away.two holiday apartments are located directly on the ground floor or upper floor of the half-timbered house, the third in an extension in the inner courtyard of the property. Access is via a shared hallway. From here you can also reach the small, green courtyard, which all guests can use for sitting, relaxing or barbecuing and where bicycles can also be parked. Public parking spaces are located approx. 300 metres away, and parking in front of the house is free of charge for one hour during the day and at night. All three non-smoking apartments are centrally heated and are equipped with insect screens on the windows. The approx. 55 square metre apartment for up to 3 people is located on the ground floor of the half-timbered house and has a living room (sofa bed for one person, flat screen TV, radio, wood-burning stove), a bedroom (double bed 1.60 m wide), a dining room (dining table, from here passage to the kitchen), a separate kitchen (hotplates, microwave with grill function, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker, from here passage to the bathroom and to the courtyard. There is also a cot available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen and towels as well as water and energy consumption. To be paid on site: Spa tax, firewood (if desired) 8 EUR/bag. Pets are not allowed in this property. The small town of Röbel/Müritz, a recognised health resort, is located directly on the west bank of the Müritz and is embedded in a slightly hilly landscape. It is characterised by the charming old town with its many restored half-timbered houses in the tranquil ring lanes, the two imposing early Gothic church towers and the beautiful riverside promenade at the town harbour. There you will find passenger boat moorings, restaurants, cafés and a modern water hiking rest area. The many boathouses, some of which are thatched, give Röbel a very individual, maritime flair, while the outdoor pool or the fun and sports pool in the Müritztherme thermal baths are ideal for swimming. The popular Müritz cycle route in the direction of the Müritz National Park leads directly through Röbel, and with the Müritz National Park ticket you can also use the passenger boat service. Not far from Röbel, the village of Bollewick is home to Germany's largest fieldstone barn, where many cultural events and regional products can be found.
