It was a VERY quiet studio apartment despite being on a main street in town (pedestrian only) that is heavily foot trafficked. We both got a very good sleep after a long day of sight seeing. It is in a great location near a lot of shops, restaurants, and Oldenburg sites. The room was very clean and comfortable and the owner accommodated us with a special request. We really appreciated that greatly. There was a double bed and a comfy sofa that one of us slept on and a kitchenette that we didn’t use other than to heat a water kettle for coffee.

The only thing to be aware of is that it is a third floor unit (maybe added to the lovely quiet ), so if you have mobility issue with stairs, it could be quite challenging with no elevator. The kitchen was missing a few key items like a cork screw/bottle opener and there were no paper filters for the coffee pot, so we could not make coffee with the coffee we brought (no coffee, sugar, etc are provided). The unit is above a hair salon so there was a very strong hair spray/hair product smell that was pretty prominent for hours after the salon closed. Maybe an air purifier in the studio room would help clear that issue up.

とにかく薬品の匂いがきつすぎる。1階のネイルサロンが閉まってしばらく経ってから、部屋に入った方がいい。シャンプーがない。連泊しても清掃やタオルの交換はない。
