The view from the terrace and the lovation was good in the centre of town.

There was no welcome pack with instructions on how to use any of the appliances. No instructions to advise on what to do with our rubbish. As we were there for 3 weeks it would have been helpful to have a set of clean bed linen and towels. Instead we had to wash ourselves and try to get dry. There was a very nasty stain on the mattress protector . One of the deck chairs on the terrace was frayed and tore when we sat on it. There was not a ‘nearby’ parking space for our car. It was a good 15 minute walk away to a free car park and was extremely difficult to get our luggage from the car to the apartment. As we were staying for 3 weeks we had a lot of luggage! There were no clear instructions on the parking situation. It should be made very clear how steep and narrow the 3 flights of stairs are. For people less steady on their feet or with small children the stairs could be dangerous. We were very lucky to have friends living in Bandol who gave us a lot of help.
