Le Patio - à 20 minutes d'Europa-Park

coin calme, logement super, tout est fait pour vous sentir chez vous. Proche du bac pour passage frontière, europapark -20min GROS POINT POSITIF ! Et bien regarder le livret d'acceuil tout est bien expliquer, ainsi vous n'aurez aucun soucis.

The apartment is comfortable and quite spacious, and we appreciated having parking right in front of the property, the coffee, the tea and the little snacks. However, the advertised 20 minutes to Europa-Park was not our experience. It took us around 45 minutes, although we may simply have been unlucky. Early in the morning, the Rhine ferry can get quite busy, and if there is a queue, there is a good chance you will not make it onto the first crossing. This is worth keeping in mind if you want to be at Europa-Park when it opens. The apartment is in the attic, with sloping ceilings, so taller guests need to be careful with their heads. The double bed is also rather small, so I would not particularly recommend this apartment for tall people. There are other people living in the same house, on the lower floors, and the main entrance is shared, but everyone we encountered was friendly. Overall, it was a practical stay, especially if visiting Europa-Park by car, but I would recommend allowing considerably more than 20 minutes to reach the park in the morning.

The pillows are extremely thick and high, and unfortunately we found them impossible to sleep on. We mentioned this to the host, who was very receptive and told us that they would address the issue for future guests. We ended up sleeping without pillows, so our sleep was not as comfortable or restful as we would have liked. The sofa could also use some attention. It is rather old and has several stains as well as what appear to be cigarette burns. We cannot say whether these were caused by previous guests, but they do affect the overall appearance and comfort of the living area.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und super eingerichtet. Alles was wir brauchten, war da. Die Lage ist toll und der Balkon war ein Traum. Wir haben die Unterkunft gebucht um zum Europa-Park zu gelangen und das war super. Mit der Fähre ist man rasch drüben!

Es gibt keine Türen im Appartement außer zur Toilette. Durch Spiegelungen im Fenster kann man so aus einem Großteil des Appartements anderen beim Duschen zusehen. Außerdem wurde nicht für alle gebuchten Personen ein Bett vorbereitet.
