Apartment in Camden, central location

Nicely fitted out well equipped kitchen. Good location to walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Outside courtyard where we ate our meals. Great TV and wifi. Underground train station short easy walk away. Cleaning lady arrived after we checked in just after 3pm and did a good job of general cleaning for the time she had including drying the damp sheets and towels in the wardrobe from previous clean. She gave us cold drinks and strawberries she had bought whilst we waited for her to finish very nice lady.

Poor maintenance of property. Weeds in the courtyard and front rubbish bin area. Chairs in courtyard had bolts missing so secured temporarily. Scruffy paintwork in bedroom. Wiring in bedroom a big mess. Mould stains on bathroom tiles. Shower rose was falling apart and shower door off rail so fixed both. Damp towels and sheets hung in wardrobe after washing by cleaner so we dried ourselves so we could use hangers ouselves and not have damp items hanging around as no dryer just a lopsided clothes airer with 2 wheels missing. No kitchen sink plug and tap dripping may need new washers. Was very hot when we were there and no air con which is understandable but there wasnt a fan so asked Georgia and she said would see what she could do which was nothing so we bought our own. It wouldnt take a lot of time and money to make the place more appealing so hopefully these can be done for future guests.

It was clean, there were all the kitchen appliances as described, the bathroom bed sheets etc all clean. It was quiet but in 5 minutes you can be at the heart of Camden.

They should really put some blackout blinders / shutters in the window facing the street, the contains are not enough.

It had everything I needed, clean, comfortable and cosy
