Caroline war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte die Schlüssel übergeben und uns in der Unterkunft herumgeführt. Über WhatsApp stand sie jederzeit für etwaige Anliegen zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt.
