Établissement calme et reposant dans un nid de verdure entouré de montagnes. Le personnel est très gentil et très serviable. L’ensemble des prestations était de très bonne qualité.
Tout était presque parfait. Un petit délai d’attente pour commander un dîner mais rien de très important. Juste un peu de patience supplémentaire.

Simply fantastic accommodation in a unique setting. Great facilities, spotless and spacious rooms. Excellent outdoor area with a covered pool and a play area for the little ones. Close to Kosovo's main natural gems, such as the Drin Waterfalls, the caves, the Rugova Canyon, and the hot springs. Many restaurants whitin 5min drive. Last but definitely not least, the hosts are the absolute highlight. Exceptional hospitality and service from everyone who works here. We will definitely come back again to enjoy it!"

Die Lage, das Bad
Position Fernseher direkt vor dem Kleiderschrank (ließ sich nicht richtig öffnen und die Halterung hat den Zugang zum Lan-Kabel blockiert); der private Pool ist öffentlich zugänglich und auch von einem Nachbarzimmer zu erreichen; ständiger Wasserausfall und auch Stromausfall; Safe war verschlossen; keine Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken; Whirlpool ging nach kurzer Zeit einfach aus und ließ sich nicht mehr starten - Wasser wurde ausgelassen automatisch
