Its location, facilities and Cleanness
1. The bed has 2 x quarters mattresses and they kept shifting thus creating a gap in between - impractical and uncomfortable. Rather replace with a double/Queen/King mattress.
2. There is no microwave to warm food🙈

The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. In the kitchen was everything that I needed. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The bathroom is very clean and large. The was a washing machine with needed cleaning equipment. I am happy with my staying in the apartment.
The only thing that is not so good is that in order to reach the apartment by foot you’ll need to stepped a lot of stairs. We did it, but if the guests are net so trained will be a challenging.
