The studio was very clean, had a good kitchenette and nice bathroom. It was a great location for where I wanted to be but wouldn't be so convenient if you want to be near the centre. You need a car to stay here. The area is very pleasant and just 5minutes walk to a street with cafes, bakery, supermarket and other useful shops.
The room, whilst nice, is in a basement with no windows or view. It is functional and perfectly acceptable but I wouldn't say it is a desirable place to stay. The basement is outside, has flies and isn't very charming - you wouldn't want to sit outside the room. The room had two chairs and a small table for eating. The fridge is outside and wasn't on when I arrived.

Very comfortable studio with a fully equipped kitchen, which made us feel like home. Even though the location is not central there are many stores and places for dinner around. The location also makes it easy to exit Nicosia without traffic jams. The hostess was lovely and she helped us with any questions we had.
