The location near Dubai Marina within 10 mins walk

WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE - The bed room and bathroom was Absolutely filthy. The photos on booking.com do not match and reflect the neglected run down rooms. Felt like a brothel and the room hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. There was no bed sheets, no blankets, no bath towels, no toilet paper, no tea/coffee. Staines mattress, we thought there was a camera in the room. The manager had absolutely no interest in replying to our messages and coming back to bring any linen and towels after we asked the first few nights. All walls, curtains and amenities were dirty and stained. The ceiling has cobwebs, black mould, mildew, dirt and dust dried around air vents and corners. Really disgusting. No kettle or hairdryer and only a fridge. The toilet was filthy and bathroom mirror looked liked months worth of dried snot and toothpaste spatter was smeared across.

Nothing. There are many insects (ants, flies, cockroaches) and the room isn’t like in the photos. If you need something you have to contact someone who contacts someone to get it. It takes so much time and no one answers within the day.

Kesinlikle kötüydü.

Bütün çalışanlar gülümsemiyor ve mutsuz görünüyordu. Her yer pisti. Biz gelmeden o da sadece silinmiş. Banyo mutfak aynı şekilde pisti. Odalarda havlu bile yoktu. Bir şey sorduğumuzda cevap alamadık hiçbir konuda. Biz booking’den yardım istedik aynı gün çıkmak istedik. Ancak ne booking ne de onlar bize yardımcı olmadılar. Bu kadar kötü olanaklarla ücret irademizi yapmadılar. Ücreti iadesi yapılsaydı aynı gün çıkıp farklı bir yere geçecektik. Ancak mağdur edildik. Booking de bu noktada bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı.

Otopark lazımdı bu yüzden onlardan yardım istedik. Normalde binanın otoparkı varmış ancak bize kesinlikle ücretini vermek istememize rağmen yardımcı olmadılar. Başka yerler sorduk bize 1 km ötede bir yer önerdiler. Oysaki hemen yakınlarda ücretli dış otoparklar varmış. Onun dışında da kesinlikle yardımcı olmuyorlar. Pisi pisliği ve eksikleri söylememize rağmen Sadece ok yazıp yardımcı olmadılar.
