Modern 3BR Condo Near Disney- Pool

Clean and spacious and looked as advertised

I was unable to get the access code even after my check in time which I did not like at all

The place was very clean and conveniently located .

It was very spacious.

The floors were filthy, we like to take our shoes off and they appeared clean but by the time we sat down to get comfortable the bottoms of our feet were black, not to mention we had to toddlers running/crawling around. There were sharp screws poking out of the sliding glass door covered in blue puddy. The coffee table kept coming apart. The closet door fell out and there was no track to put it back in place. The listing stated that there would be 2 FULL SIZE BEDS in the 3rd room and there were two twin beds, They did not supply WASH CLOTHS. The sheets and towels were old and rough. Very disappointed in this booking. I contacted the property, upon check-in, and they said that it would be the next day that maintenance could come fix our complaints. When we arrived back from Universal all they did was leave a trash bag with more old towels on the table and they took the closet door! Mind blowing that they can do this.
