Sea view

Writing a bit lengthy about this stay to give you a fair review. Just 40-50 meters from the beach on southern part of Durrës (near Golem), this apartment gave us a very comfortable stay! The apartment is within Rumar hotel's building, which gives you the benefits of using it's facilities for food and beverages in the basement, and you can also rent sunbeds on their private beach section. We travelled with kids and they loved the place and the apartment alike. + Everything was fresh and clean. + The bathroom was the best! + View of the sea from the balcony was wonderful, we spent a lot of time there!

- The apartment is on 4:th floor. And they don't have an elevator going to this floor, they only have elevator for the hotel's own guests/apartments. Travelling with luggages for 6 days, it was not a good experience at our arrival, but you can take the elevator from the hotel's main entrance to level 5, then take 2 stair floors down to the apartment. - Consider bringing a small/portable fan in the bedroom when the summer is peaking, since the AC in the living room was not enough for us. We bought one here. - For trashes, you have to take a 8 min walk to the garbage station near the main road. For smaller trash bags you might find outside cabinets near the beach, but they are mostly full. The Booking.com terms and conditions did not mention anything about end cleaning, thus we counted this as a service provided by the host. I asked the host if we could leave the last garbages upon our checkout, which I got a 'thumb up' on response. Then the host wrote on WhatsApp that she had very bad experience with us, since we left the place at a "terrible state", for which she had to pay extra for cleaning. So, please make it clear with the host, either cleaning is included, or cleaning is not included. So you don't get a surprise! - TV - if you are not Albanian you might not find this usable at all - as they don't provide international TV, nor any streaming services. Bring your own dongle and connect it to the HDMI port into the TV to stream your content.

L’appartamento moderno è dotato di tutti i comfort, gestore sempre disponibile e gentilissima! Letteralmente a due passi dal mare.
