Lokacija je uz samo more. Unutrašnjost objekta vrlo lijepa i čista.
Bazen uopće nije bio grijan i nismo se mogli kupati zbog hladnoće vode, iako je vlasnik u nekoliko navrata prije dolaska napomenuo da je bazen grijan. U pregledu smještaja putem bookinga i prilikom razgovora sa vlasnikom nigdje nije spominjano da je Villa ustvari četverosobna a peta soba se nalazi u dvorištu odvojena od glavnog objekta.
