Haus Serenity

I like that it was close to different eating establishments where in walking distance. The bus to and from JFK airport was a short walk from where they are located. It was an easy to get in and out the front door. They give very clear and easy to understand instructions on how to use their key pad. The room was spacious and I liked that they had a large mini fridge in the room. Complimentary towel, toothbrush & toothpaste , wash clothe was on the bed waiting for me when I entered. I felt comfortable staying as a single woman.

Maybe not w property’s fault, but in my last night the adjoining room’s guest’s tv and or music was quite loud around 10pm at night.

Check-in was easy, room was comfortable, towels and even travel hygiene (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) were provided. It is great that the room has AC because it can get a bit hot.

Communication about check-in could have been provided earlier and more proactively. AC is a bit loud for the night sleep.

I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, the large driveway, and the location of the property.

The property is shared, which isn’t mentioned on the listing. This is extremely dangerous for female travelers as the men can easily access the women’s private room/bathroom if they forget to lock the door.
