The apartment is so beautiful and just steps from the hot pools in both directions. When I had a concern the owners responded immediately and resolved the problem.
There was nothing at all to dislike.

We didn’t stay at Il Bollore House because they overbooked and sent us to another place at the same location, “La Balena Bianca House”.
The manager at La Balena Bianca House was very rude and didn’t respect me when I was confused at who they were. No one told me I was being switched to a different room. I am not giving Il Bollare house a bad review. I’m giving La Balena Bianca House a bad review. They had a very slow drain in the shower that overflowed onto the bathroom floor. The towels smelled and when I texted the complaints, all they could say was I should be very appreciative because they gave us this room.
