Ibbanicadu Estate Homestay

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mitten in der Natur. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, insbesondere der Außenbereich inklusive der Beobachtungsplattform. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt oder auch übertroffen. Die Küche ist exzellent und ein Geschmackserlebnis mit tollen Lokalen Gerichten, die man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Konzeption der Anlage gefällt uns sehr gut.

Die Anlage ist leider in die Jahre gekommen und sollte dringend renoviert werden. Insbesondere unser Bad hat unter der ständigen Feuchtigkeit gelitten und war komplett verschimmelt. Des Weiteren sind die Moskitonetze nicht mehr nutzbar, da Risse enthalten sind.

Room, Staff, Food

Mattress smells like dust, may be due to trapped moisture or less air circulation Also, emergency lamps are required due to frequent power cuts during monsoon/Heavy rains

It was very peaceful and home like. Staff were very attentive. Room was clean and Food was also good. The whole vibe of place was very good

The setting of the place with the coffee plantation all around. The support staff who were diligent in fulfilling their duties and the food at the place.

The room was damp, had a musty smell, it was cold and though I booked a suite I was not assigned it. The dampness of the place flared my allergies which was the reason I had an early checkout and later I found out that the suite I had booked if it was given, it would have saved me the trouble of my allergies because the room was cozy and didn't have any musty smell( a matter I repeatedly pointed out to the staff at the reception) However, even the suite which was given to me an hour before my exit because of whatever errors in the room assignment, had door handle broken and it was more of a cabin than a suite.
