דירת Lotus ממוקמת בלב המרכז ההיסטורי אבל בסמטה צדדית ומאוד שקטה (חוץ מהכלבים מהקומה התחתונה שנובחים בשעות המוקדמות של הבוקר). הדירה קרובה מאוד לכל האתרים והמסעדות.
דירה מעוצבת בגדנון רטרו, נקיה ונוחה עם סלון וחדר שינה גדולים וחדר אמבטיה מרווח. לא השתמשנו הרבה במטבח אבל הוא רחב ומאובזר היטב.
חניה: קיבלנו מ- Luigi המלצות לשתי אפשרויות לחניה מחוץ לאזור Z. T. L. אחד מהם מצריך הזמנה מראש, לא ידענו ולא היה מקום ועדיין ההגעה אליו מצריכה מעבר בקצה של ZTL שהוא בעייתי בזמן שהוא אדום .
השני באיזור האוניברסיטה ובמזל מצאנו לידו כל יום חניה ברחוב ללא תשלום.
ההגעה מהחניה עד הדירה היא כ- 10 דקות הליכה... קצת קשה עם מזוודות גדולות.
הקשר בוצע באופן תדיר בוואטסאפ עם LUIGI שדאג לתת לנו המלצות למסעדות, מענה לשאלות ועוד.
לשיפור היינו ממליצים לשים בקבוק מים (יש קנקנן) לקבלת פנים ומספר קפסולות למכונת הקפה וליזום החלפת מגבות במידה ונשארים מעל 3 ימים.

נקודות לשיפור: להוסיף מידע שימושי בהגעה ובשהייה כמו על סוגי טבליות קפה למכונה (אפשר להשאיר כמה טבליות לדוגמא כדי לא לרוץ לחפש בחנות באיזור לקפה הראשון), לציין קיום גג בקומה העליונה שיכולנו כנראה לשבת שם. גילינו רק ביום האחרון.

Location is great, apartment is spacious and the host (Luigi) was really attentive and helped us with all our questions (and even helped with sorting the trash). The roof deck was a true gem. Parking was affordable and walking distance just outside the old city (you need to reserve a spot for this upfront though)
The living room could really use a lounge chair and a coffee table. Also there are no wardrobes in the bedroom or any storage in the bathroom. Some small investments would make it a much nicer place (especially for people staying for a longer period - we were then for 10 nights)
We didn't know the roof deck was shared with another apartment. At the end of the day it wasn't a problem as it's very big and we had it mostly to ourselves but it's good to highlight this
