Yploui Suites

What a view from the balcony!! A very special place to wake up to and just a short walk down to a beautiful bay for a quiet swim first thing. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has all you need to prepare food if you want. I’d recommend getting a car so you can visit other areas of Karpathos. Parking is ok in the area, I never had issues during my September stay. Apart from the first night, it was a peaceful place to stay too, and if you don’t want to explore far you have everything you need close by, restaurants, mini market, coffee shop and beach…so it’s the perfect place to relax and I really would recommend this place to future guests :)

The property itself is near perfect, truly! However, my first night was disrupted by a wedding in the bay. I would encourage the hosts to connect better with the nearby establishments so they can give guests better warning of anything like this. Weddings in Greece can be all night events, had I known I would have bought some earplugs at the airport. The free fireworks were wonderful! But the music until 4am wasn’t and it left me very tired for my first day of a very short visit to the island which was a huge disappointment, which could have been prevented with better planning and communication. Maybe bring earplugs…just in case. This is the only negative, which was a real shame.

Great apartment, huge terrace overlooking the beach and the sea

Absolutely superb! I recommend this apartment without hesitation! You certainly won't regret staying here, especially with a terrace offering such a magnificent view. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by an incredibly beautiful vista overlooking the beach and the entire resort. The welcome was extremely warm; we were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, along with butter, jam, and fruit. The hosts also provided coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. And last but not least, the cleanliness was impeccable—the bed linens and towels were practically new and changed daily. Thank you, Marina, for such a wonderful stay!

Nothing! Just the fact that the stay was too short. It was very hard to tear ourselves away from such a wonderful place.
