Posizione strategica tra spiagge e borghi marchigiani. Disponibilità del gestore nel cercare di risolvere i problemi da noi rilevati: mancanza di accendi fiamma e detersivo per i piatti, pulizia della cucina.
La casa non era pulita adeguatamente: la cucina non era proprio stata pulita (stoviglie e pentole sporche, ante schizzate, briciole nei cassetti, confezioni di sale aperte con granelli nei pensili); grumi di polvere sotto al letto della camera e sotto al divano letto del salotto; odore non gradevole negli ambienti, soprattutto in cucina e salotto. Inizialmente non era presente l’accendifiamme per accendere i fornelli, fornito solo dopo nostra richiesta, così come il detersivo per piatti e una spugna nuova.
