Ottima posizione, fronte fiume, vicina al centro e all'Università, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus.

Il bagno è funzionale ma piccolissimo, bisogna un po' stare attenti quando si fa la doccia a non bagnare dappertutto
