The apartment looks exactly as the photos and was very clean.

A few times, we had to type in the door code twice.

The photos are very accurate and its stunning apartment with beautiful furniture, a comfy bed, excellent storage, a well equipped kitchen and a gorgeous bathroom. You walk in and feel like you’ve just arrived at your new dream Paris apartment. It’s perfectly located and you can do a lovely walk to the champs elysee and surrounding area and it’s also upstairs from a lovely coffee shop and the metro is 5 mins away. The apartment was serviced every day and it was easy to access with the instructions provided. I could have happily stayed here for a month.

There is no reception and conscierge and so it’s more of an air b and b type. On a day when you need somewhere for your bags before you leave that’s a bit of an issue as you’re forced to keep them with you. There’s also a lot of comms from the company which at times was annoying but they are very responsive on what’s app when you have requests.

Beautiful place that was well stocked and comfortable.

Hot water didn’t work at all during the duration of the stay, and the staff did not provide updates proactively, so we had to shower in freezing cold water.
