The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. Bed was clean.

There was never a Senior Manager on site. There was already someone in our room on the first night and we had to sleep that night in a cheaper, smaller room. We paid upfront and ended up with an inferior room. So we should be getting a refund. Aspects of the room were dirty, cobwebs, shower tiles were dirty. Cups, bowls were dirty, we washed the very dusty bowls ourselves. Breakfast was very limited. Broken stand for bathroom sink. The bathroom door had one handle, my wife got stuck in the bathroom and was unable to open the door. Lots of unfinished work in bathroom coving. The wifi connectivity was consistently poor and once they had not paid. This was debilitating for work we needed to undertake. Two power outages and generator (if there is one) didn't kick in. The receptionist pointed out she needed to pay 'something' when the microwave was unavailable to eat my milk. There was no milk available, so we had to purchase our own, despite it being on the menu.
