lokalizacja dość daleko od centrum, ale łatwe połączenie autobusowe, jednak do Plaży Poetów zaledwie kilka minut autobusem. Bliskość supermarketu i restauracji. Bardzo spokojna okolica, komfortowy taras i wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty - łącznie z żelazkiem, pralką, zmywarką itd...
dość trudna obsługa gospodarowania śmieciami, ale to nie jest zarzut wobec gospodarza...

Appartamento nuovissimo, pulito e confortevole. Letti molto comodi, dotato di carino spazio esterno.
Avrei apprezzato trovare una bottiglia d'acqua, una bustina di the o un po' di caffè, ma comunque per il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato eccellente.

Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar, gut wenn man ein Leben in der Stadt mag.
Leider war es sehr kalt in der Wohnung, die Klimaanlage hat es nicht geschafft eine Wohlfühltemperatur im Januar zu erzeugen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist eher dürftig und abgenutzt, dass Kochgeschirr funktionierte teilweise nicht auf dem Herd, wir hatten 2 Tassen die nicht für die Anzahl der Gäste reichten. Im Bad gab es Probleme mit der Feuchtigkeit. Es war schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden.
