Nice quiet location and a coastal walk at the end of the road.
Have to watch your head when going up and down the stairs although not a problem.

Breakfasts were splendid and varied as I was chef for the entire week.
The location was just across the road from the sea wall and the vista down to Southport and Morecambe was superb.
The rain on our penultimate day but it didn't matter as we were packing for departure the next day.
10am to vacate the property was a little neat but an extra hour would've given us another lie in.
