La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco, non manca niente per viverci comodi, l’ambiente è spazioso e il proprietario è molto disponibile e accogliente. La posizione è buona, in zona centrale con il mare facilmente raggiungibile in macchina e in zona sono presenti tutte le attività commerciali di cui si ha bisogno. La pulizia era buona e sono presenti tutti gli utensili necessari per la cucina.
Il problema più grande è la pressione dell’acqua, in due giorni non siamo riusciti a farci una doccia normale. Il proprietario si è dato da fare per risolvere il problema ma non ci è riuscito, capisco che possa non dipendere da lui ma resta un grande problema soprattutto per chi come noi aveva un bambino piccolo. Il parcheggio non sempre si trova vicino a casa.

Secondo piano con le scale, cani in giardino da dichiarare.

Excellent stay in Terracina! The apartment is modern, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable, with excellent mattresses and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, right in the charming historic center, within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The terrace offers stunning views. Mario is an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Highly recommended!
