Tutto. Ottima posizione. Molto accogliente, silenzioso, pulitissimo. Trattasi di appartamento ubicato in una palazzina multifamiliare. Organizzato con angolo cucina completa del necessario. Molto confortevole
A volte complicato trovare parcheggi in zona.

La cercanía a la playa y al centro del Arroyo. Tenia todo lo que un apartamento necesita tener.
La falta de aparcamiento, pero también entendemos que estamos en plena temporada y es normal no encontrar aparcamiento.

Apartamento muy bonito y pequeño para 4 días y aparcamiento bien
El alojamiento hasta la playa son 16 min andando. Limpieza podía mejorar . La hora de salida del apartamento a las 11 muy temprano para entrar a las 15:00 . Instalaciones del edifico muy antiguas . Piscina sin poder usarla hasta el 15 de junio vacía. El aire acondicionado que es lo más importante para el verano , está programada para que se apague cada dos horas y por último tiene una norma que tienes que tirar la basura antes de irse , que por su puesto lo hice y le dejé las toallas en lavadoras , me faltó quitarle las sábanas . No volvería a repetir en este apartamento
