Die Villetta hat eine traumhafte Lage, Sie hat einen großen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer, welches 360 m entfernt liegt.Die Altstadt ist 2 km entfernt und mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Ein tolles Restaurant ,le Dune,mit dem besten Antipastibuffet liegt auch 200 m weiter.
Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind top.
Die Auffahrt liegt versteckt und ist in schlechtem Zustand.
Die Küche ist düster, etwas verwohnt und sehr beengt.
Aber der Rest ist top und macht das alles wieder wet .

Closeness to lidos on the nearby beach, walkable to Le Dune pizzeria/trattoria very nearby, and into town along the Via Roma pedestrian walkway. Quality of the fittings, sea view from spacious balcony, and comfort of beds. Alfareal agency was great - very helpful team drove to the property to help locate it, and were quick to sort out a repair - top marks!
The driveway from the road to the apartment is not easy to drive as it is steep in places and a bit broken in places.
