Central City Convenience With Free Parking

Perfect location, awesome showers. and car park including

Very basic set up, all cheap furniture and kitchen equipment, nothing extra. Both bedrooms, no space for toiletries. Only one key given as makes it hard if you are with other people/ family.

The location was great. A short walkj into the city centre and right next door to the new stadium.

When we booked through booking.com we sent a message to ask if we could store our luggage at the accomodation before check in because we arrived in Christchurch early. We got a reply to say we could. When we arrived there, there was no way that we could store our luggage as its a single apartment with no reception and there were guests already there. Was very disappointing, after being told that we could store our luggage.

Location was brilliant we could walk or Tram to the city. No car parking to find or time limits to adhere too.

The car parks for this location were on Madas Street. So we went in circles at 1st trying to 1st find the parking & then the house. Once we asked someone it was straight forward which gate & house. Also, rubbish large bins needed more details & directions. Again asked someone for location.

Rubbish has not been emptied from previous guests, as a result the kitchen and living room had an odour The cutlery, pots and pans were not clean. They required scrubbing before use The bathroom facilities are very small and basic Some debris on the beds, unsure if linen was clean or had been properly changed prior to our visit
