ÚNICO Residences – By AVA Rentals

The problem I had was the WIFI connection, but It was was solved the next day because the dayI had the issue was holiday.

Unico was a beautiful building in Asuncion. The unit was very clean and nice. The internet/Tv all worked without issue. The view from the balcony was stunning. Great experience, would definitely recommend.

Excellent!!!

The property is close proximity to shops, activities and restaurants. Communication with the staff and mangers could have been better. We were inquiring about early check-in multiple times before finally getting an answer that we would be unable to check-in early due to the room being not ready. We ended up check-in almost two hours after the actual check-in time and the room was still dirty. There were multiple discrepancies we had to report to the staff upon initial check-in. The first two days were dedicated to waiting around for the maintenance guy to fix the issues with the room such as the shower, leaks, and broken closets. Additionally, we had to practically beg for them to give us a fourth chair for the dining table, and after a couple days we finally were able to borrow one from a common area within the property. This was our second stay with this property, and we decided to stay at this location due to the close proximity and the positive experience we had with our first visit in 2024; however, this visit has us rethinking whether we should stay at this property again during a future visit.
