About this apartment rental

A short distance from hiking and biking trails, the bay, and more, this beach condo lets you experience it all. With the property's convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the quick 7-minute drive to Tampa Bay or the 8-minute drive to E.G. Simmons Regional Park.

Spend some time at the beach (enjoy the cabanas!), relax by the fenced pool, or sip a drink in the hot tub of this condo, which also features a garden. When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the digital TV (streaming services available).

This vacation rental features a sitting area, a dining area, premium bedding, and Egyptian cotton sheets. You can also use the jetted bathtub and rainfall showerhead, plus other bathroom amenities like towels, shampoo, and soap. This is an amazing property that is quite modern and comfortable. If you have issues with mobility, the three stories with the bedroom on the third floor might be an issue. The furniture and bathrooms were all great. The kitchen is very user friendly. There are instructions everywhere. The host, Will, does an excellent job communicating. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance and more options if you’re willing to drive 10-15 minutes. Beach towels and chairs are provided. There is no additional fee to park your car.
