this place was brand new not too long ago . . in between booking and returning 2 weeks later , we ended up in a room with roaches , a broken toilet paper holder , broken blinds , a musky smell , and sheriffs deputies in the back parking lot . people are now using giant rocks to prop the back door open and that's against hotel rules . it's a shame how downhill this place has gone . and the front desk staff make it worse . the GM prefers to take personal phone calls instead of working the front desk when she's the only one on staff . . won't be returning .

At check-in I was going to be left standing directly in front of an associate while she started dealing with scheduling or something other than customer service. I did not appreciate that. She only broke out of the book and closed it to take care of me because I said something about it.
