    The only good things about my stay at Hotel Mercante were the convenient location and the friendly staff. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The room did not feel like a proper hotel room and seemed more like a transient. There were also no basic amenities such as a dental kit. The blanket was extremely thin, the cabinet doors were broken, and the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. I expected a more comfortable and well-maintained hotel. The friendly staff and good location were the highlights, but the condition and cleanliness of the room need significant improvement.
