Located in the direct vicinity of the city center of St Etienne (300m), come and discover this luxurious studio at the end of a quiet courtyard, accommodating up to 2 travelers.
Everything is within walking distance, tram / bus, Geoffroy Guichard Stadium & 5 min from Chateaucreux train station!

During the prohibition of 1920-1933, the expression "Speak easy" came from the habit of bar owners asking their customers to speak less loudly when ordering at the bar.
I decorated with an industrial side to make you feel like you are living in 1930 & being in a New York pub atmosphere.
Even the lamps made of alcohol bottles are original, and come straight from Brooklyn to New York!
Come and take a seat to enjoy the overhead projector on the ceiling with its sound bar and its XXL screen with your best movies & series Netflix/ PrimeVideo ect...
Enjoy listening to some English sounds with the inimitable grain of vinyl...
Want to get away from it all? Play an escape board game...
All appliances have been chosen to stay in the theme!
The cleaning and cosmetic products are from the "New York" brand, organic & vegan...
Room for bedding, the mattress is in memory foam & the sheets in cotton percale for lovers of high-end comfort! 100% cocooning!

For the car, there are many parking spaces on the street, free in the evenings/nights, Sundays & public holidays, otherwise 3 € per day (parking meter).

YOUR ENTRY INTO THE PREMISES

Simple, very simple.
Once your reservation has been validated, you will quickly receive all the useful information and in particular the procedure for accessing the accommodation.
On the day of your arrival, return on your own:
To access the apartment, you will find a key box. Before your arrival, I will send you a code to open the key box and collect the keys to the apartment. This gives you the flexibility to arrive at a time that suits you from 5 p.m.
It is mandatory to put them back in the key box on the last day of your stay.
Arrival time: from 5 p.m.
Departure time: departure at 11 a.m.PGJyPg
〉 To have a pleasant time, make sure to respect the studio's internal rules.
〉 In the current circumstances, I attach the utmost vigilance to the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises. I don't charge my guests any cleaning fees, but I'm counting on you to make this cocoon clean when you leave.
I myself respect every step of the reinforced cleaning protocol.
〉 Concerned about the environmental impact, I only use eco-responsible organic cleaning products.
