• Rental Agreement: After booking, you will be asked for your email address to digitally sign our rental agreement. This must be completed prior to your stay.
• Security Deposit: A credit card is required to be placed on file for a $300 security deposit hold. This is a temporary authorization, not a charge, and is released after a damage-free check-out.
• Damage Insurance: A mandatory, non-refundable $59 fee is charged for an accidental damage insurance policy, which provides coverage for up to $1,500, for a worry free stay.
• Pool Heating: The pool is heated to 85 degrees. Please be aware that during cooler, non-summer months, the heater may not reach the desired temperature, and the water may feel cool.
• Security Cameras: For your safety and security, cameras are located on the exterior of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

This house has it all! We loved our time here! The pool was wonderful and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed all the activities! There were daily bike rides, mini golf games, fishing and numerous family axe throwing games! So much fun! I highly recommend this place for a true family friendly getaway!

My overall impression for my stay is that the accommodations were not as nice as the listing described. Upon our arrival my husband noticed the ceiling fans had a significant amount of dust accumulation which he cleaned in all rooms. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall when we hung our towel on it. The bathrooms are Jack and Jill style and hard to get any privacy. No mirrors in the bedrooms so made it hard to get dressed when sharing the mirror in the bathroom. The kitchen cabinets were loud and squeaky which made it difficult to clean or cook if anyone were sleeping. The beds were lumpy, squeaky and uncomfortable. The kids room did not have the right size mattress in one of the bunk beds. We attempted to cook out on the grill one night and the grill flame was very low and not working properly which I did report and was told it would be taken care of and it wasnt. We saw the next day that it was full of water. It rained a fair amount while we were there and other than the front porch there is no where to sit and enjoy the outside without getting wet. The upstairs deck has a great view of the canal but the cushions were always wet. The underneath area where the pool is has wonderful swings and seating but again if it's raining you couldnt hang there and the cushions were wet. The pool was a wonderful addition and smelled of chlorine initially but with the amount of rain I felt like chemicals should have been checked mid week. This is my honest review.
