- FAMILIES W/ SMALL CHILDREN OR MOBILITY ISSUES: This 3 level home features a spiral staircase and a steep staircase. A bedroom door leads directly onto the pool deck. While beautiful and up to code, this may not be ideal for very young children or guests with mobility limitations. Please supervise accordingly.
- The only bathroom on the 3rd floor is in one of the bedrooms.
- Because our property is in a rural, wooded setting, wildlife, insects and ticks may be present. Tick activity is elevated across the Northeast, so please take normal precautions when spending time outdoors.

We picked this house for our 15th anniversary and it was well worth it. The house is excellent and has many features. We enjoyed using the pool, hot tub, game room and movie room the most. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lake view is nice and we enjoyed using the private dock that is right across the street for some paddle boarding. We brought our own food from home but there is a small convenience store just a short walk from the house. The host was very responsive to questions and very helpful. We would stay here again if the opportunity arises.
