Right across the street from the beach.Nice place and comfortable but very much lacking in amenities like towels and such. Very simple place and beds were comfortable to sleep in but will need to bring extra towels with you or do as I did and just buy some more. With all the back and forth from the beach and showering it was difficult to keep the 4 small towels cleaned and or dried so felt as if I was managing towels. Drive to any of the restaurants on the beach strip too so love the location and the convenience. Really enjoyed the vacation time there and VERY EASY to get to the beach!!Had an issue with the lock because the door knob would not latch but they got someone out to fix it the next day so was just wear and tear, but most importantly they responded and reacted which was very appreciated and the maintenance man resolved it without any inconvenience to us.Shower downstairs had great pressure but is a tight fit and the upstairs shower had almost no pressure so was only usable as a bathtub. Not sure why because the downstairs shower had great pressure. Overall quality place and location but bring some extra towels for your stay and no shampoo, soap or any thing else is provided as I have become used to on VRBO, but not a complaint to me just sharing for future renters. I recommend the place especially if spending majority of your time on the beach!!

Overall not a bad place the ac worked great. The bed however were very uncomfortable and the door code was ten digits long not a big deal just kind of annoying

The property was not clean when we arrived. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean and wash sheets before we slept the first night. Other than that the location was perfect, walking distance to the beach was great. Very quiet and peaceful. Does need some remodel, the pictures are deceiving and were probably taken 10 years ago.
