Overlooking the waters of Wentworth Falls Lake, This stunning 6-bedroom retreat offers the a perfect blend of modern comforts and rustic charm, this house is designed to cater to every desire.
As you step inside, you're greeted by a spacious and inviting living area, complete with a cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings. The ambiance is further enhanced by the gentle warmth of a gas fireplace, creating a serene atmosphere throughout.

Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bed with ensuite including a large walk-in shower, bath and Toilet
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single beds
Separate Toilet
First Floor
Bedroom 3 - 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 5 - 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 6 - 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 7 - 2 x Single beds - this room is accessed via bedroom 6 as on the house plan .
Two bathrooms upstairs
Bathroom 1 with separate Large walk in shower, bath and toilet
Bathroom 2 with Large walk in Shower and Toilet
There are Two ovens a 900 Ilve and another 600 mm
There are Three TVs one 75" Smart TV with Netflix ,Amazon and Apple TV in the theater Room . another 65" Smart TV in the upstairs rumpus room and one 50" Tv in the living area with just the basic live TV
Aircond - Reverse cycle in bedrooms 1to 6 and the 1st floor Rumpus room
The swimming Pool is not heated , but the out door spa is heated and on all year round
The rear of the property is only 50 metres from The Wentworth falls Golf Course Hole number 15 or a 4 min Drive to the Club house
Other things to note
The tariff is based on 6 Guests, so if you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum guests 12.
All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.
PARKING
There is no parking in the garage due to the Pool table and table tennis, there is room in front of the garage and also at the top of the block. There is not really any street parking. we have room for 4 cars in total at the property
Respect for our neighbours is paramount so we ask that noise be kept to a respectful level while in residence. In addition, please enter and leave the property quietly.

The house was wonderful. Pool, as expected, was really too cold to swim. Would have been great if it was heated.Spa was used a lot and we all got great use of it. House was warm and comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the games room was used extensively by the family.House was clean and the host was easily contactable and assisted with all enquiries.The only small problem was the internet but apparently this is going to be rectified.I would totally recommend this house for a luxury stay.

The property was amazing and a great place for a family getaway. Easy access to bush walking tracks and everyone loved the spa!

This is a great house for a large family stay. Spacious rooms lots of entertainment areas.We loved the close locality to shops and beautiful walking tracks.The hosts were brilliant and anxious for us to feel comfortable and kept in touch to make sure all was going well leading up to our stay.Definitely will be back.Jill and Paul
