The space
NOTE: Air conditioning in the living room AND bedroom (located in the “pool” building).
Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor and features a very spacious bedroom with an adjoining bathroom that includes a double sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. (Bathroom renovated in June 2023). Adjacent to the bedroom is a walk-in closet with a safe. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.
The spacious terrace on the 3rd floor is accessible from the bedroom or the living room and offers a beautiful view of the island and the sea. It features a ceiling fan, a comfortable upholstered loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee/side table.
There is also a spacious guest bathroom and a washer and dryer (2024).
The open U-shaped kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with an electric stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, kettle, and cookware/cutlery.
The living room is equipped with AIR CONDITIONING and a flat-screen IPTV with TV and movies.
We believe in the sustainable and economical use of energy and water. Therefore, our rental rates do not include energy and water. These costs will be settled at the end of your stay (deducted from the deposit) based on actual meter readings from the utility companies. The average costs for previous guests generally range from $ 50 to $ 100 USD per week (depending on air conditioning use). Please note that your utility bill depends largely on your use of the air conditioning.
A security deposit of $ 275 USD per stay/month is paid to the property manager upon arrival. This deposit covers water and electricity costs, as well as any damages. Upon departure, our property manager will deduct these costs from the deposit and refund the remaining balance to you.
Other important details:
Minimum stay: 7 nights
Check-in time: any time after 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM; if no new guests are arriving on the day of departure, it may be possible to stay a little longer in consultation with the manager.
Cleaning: A final cleaning fee is required— $115 USD. If you book for an extended period, mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee.
The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or on the terrace.

We are just back from another amazing trip to Curacao. Mark’s place as always was a home away from home for us. Not only did the condo provide everything we needed on our trip, it was an awesome spacious place to stay. From check in to check out, our host and property manager were there to provide any advice or help we may need. Our local contact Joella, was always just a what’s app away. The deck was our favourite place in the morning and especially at night with views over Blue Bay and the ocean in the distance. The sunsets you experience from the deck are spectacular. Every sunset was a new beautiful picture. As for location, just 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. As for the condo, a couple of stairs down, you are at the pool, a quick walk down the hill you are at an amazing beach. One of our favourite things to do was beach in the morning till about 2pm and back to the pool for the rest of the day. There are also many beaches within about 20 - 40 minutes away, our favourite being a little beach called Playa Jeremi. The condo is very close to everything you may need with many grocery stores as well as the Sambil Mall all within 15 minutes. Willemstad is also only about 20 minutes away. You will truly enjoy Mark’s condo. Thanks Mark and Joella for your hospitality, we truly appreciated.

We try to get to Curaçao every year for about 3 or 4 weeks and this was our second time staying in this unit. The owner is very responsive & property management is great. We find it has everything we need and is so close to beach and pool. The pool palapas are great - and they’ll be 3 more come next year! Love having the in-suite laundry (pack less) and the balcony is amazing for evening, nighttime and mornings. Recommend for couples looking for a great getaway! .
