Before we even arrived Maria made sure we had a transfer from the port to hotel and had her colleague meet us to show us the way to our suite. Upon check in she welcomed us so very warmly and shared all the information we would need for our stay. (places to see, bus, transfer, grocery, advice, restaurants suggestions, etc.) She walked us to the sea bus when we checked out. We loved Maria and couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
