About this cottage rental
Holiday cottage (90 m2) for 4/5 people ideally located in the nature and calm of the Asco valley. Mountain views in all directions. The river is 400m away, the property is located 3 km from the Gorges d'Asco.
All comfort, spacious, recently renovated house, very neat decoration, 2 bedrooms, living room, well-equipped American kitchen, separate toilet, bathroom, wifi connection, air conditioning, large terrace, garden.
The house is located at the owner's house with independent entrance and parking. We are in the middle of the countryside but we also benefit from excellent accessibility to the surrounding area and shops.
Located in the valley near Moltifao and 5 km from the T30 territorial road, our house is the ideal starting point to discover Corsica. The splendid beach of Ostriconi is 25 mins away, the beach of Lozari is 30 mins, swimming in the river of Asco (5 mins), the Agriates Desert (25 mins), the villages of Balagne and L'Ile Rousse (45 mins). Also easily accessible: Corte and the Restonica Valley (25 mins), the Scala di Santa Regina (20 mins) and the Col de Vergio, Castagniccia, Bastia and the Costa Verde. Proximity to Ponte Leccia train station (10 mins) and excursions by train (Corte, Col de Vizzavona, Bastia, Calvi, Ajaccio). Airports: Bastia 45 mins, Calvi 60 mins.
Shops: Ponte Leccia (all shops including SuperU and three bakeries) is 10 mins away. Pizzeria/bar 100 meters away, Moltifao Bar/Restaurant 5 mins, restaurants in Asco, Ponte Leccia, Castifao and Lama.
Possibility to go hiking in nature from the house, Corsican heritage trail U Staccone, Turtle Village, mountain bike trail, road bike (go in all directions!), kayaking, canyoning, swimming in the river.
