This was a good option for our family of 4 (2 young adults). There was space in the living room to gather and the kitchen was reasonably well-equipped. Two bathrooms were useful and the host was responsive to our questions. The location required access to a car for our purposes- did not assess public transit options. Overall a good experience.

Nice, suburban house, well situated for trips into downtown Toronto or further afield. For Toronto we drove to the end of the subway line at Kipling (free parking at weekends) for a hassle free ride to Union station near to the CN tower and Toronto islands. And great for a day trip to Niagara too. House is spacious, well maintained and with all the required facilities. Hosts are responsive and helpful with quick answers to any questions.

All the pictures and the property listing fail to mention that there is an occupied basement apartment on this house. The first indication we had that something was unusual was when the rules arrived indicating that we were only allowed to park on one side of the driveway, with a list of items that were not accessible to the visitor. During the night, another car appeared in the driveway, which was just one of many indications that someone else was on the property.
