Garden furniture. Deck chairs. Barbecue. Covered shed (washing machine, tumble dryer). Parking available under the carport. Courtyard secured by a gate. Outdoor games (croquet, frisbee, ball, etc.) and the possibility of practicing archery and borrowing a paddleboard on request. Accommodation for 2 horses is possible (pasture, shelter, water and hay) for an additional fee. Electric heating is extra. Bed linen and towels provided. Beds made upon arrival. Cleaning included. In the heart of the Cotentin Marshes, Picauville is a small village located 8 km from Sainte-Mère-Église, one of the iconic sites of the D-Day landings of June 1944. This 55 m² extension, adjoining and extending from the owners' house, is bright (large bay windows) and offers all the comforts for 2-3 people. From both inside and outside, you'll have a view of an equestrian area where horses put on a show (show jumping, rearing, and rides in the arena). Hiking enthusiasts will also be delighted, as the cottage is at the foot of a 19 km hiking trail. While you have a private garden, you are also welcome to wander freely through the orchard and meadow.
