Exceptionally neat and clean and exactly as described and pictured. A negative point is that no extra necessities are furnished, i.e., cleaners, paper products, condiments, soap, etc. Food preparation would require a lot of basic shopping. The kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The property as a whole is somewhat sparsely furnished with little "personality" but it probably makes the cleaning staff's job easier. We only had one minor problem which was attended to rapidly and correctly. With all this being said, it is within easy (walking/riding) distance to many venue's and the traffic, when we were there, was easy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again should the occasion arise.

The property is in a great location and overall was fine. However, not having a remote or even a key code for the garage door was very inconvenient…especially since it rained during our visit. The garage could only be accessed by walking through a gate, entering the garage from the back of the house and using the interior garage door opener…awkward at best.

Great location, very roomy, clean. Didn’t have the usual start the Landry, dishwasher, strip the beds, take out the trash, etc. We are a group of older adults that travel all the time. We generally keep the residence clean
