Overall the place was convenient and cute, and suited our needs, but floor get sandy, and place has no broom to sweep it up, so you have to wear shoes constantly. Back yard was not cleaned as we wanted to have fires, but it was full of cobwebs and weeds with no hose to spray down the furniture. Lots of potential though and we had a great time.

The pictures are out dated. We were disappointed with the back yard. No grass and the midges were really bad. No hose to clean the patio. Access to the back yard is off the 2nd floor so u either use the stairs or go thru the gate on the side of the house. Air conditioning was great as the weather was hot. Even though the bar is just a few doors down we enjoyed the music and it didnt go late. I would like to recommed the garbage bin go on the side of the house as it seemed to be a communal bin for the pedestrians. The property served its purpose and has lots of potential. We loved being so close to the lake.
