Communication was good as we didn't not know how to operate the thermostat. It was a Nest thermostat and we could not figure out how to switch from cold to heat. He ended up sending a video. The property was as shown. We enjoyed our stay and the views of the mountains. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms as well.

We had a great stay here while in Burbank. The host was very quick with getting back to me with any questions. Definitely stay here again.

Pros: The house is conveniently located near amenities and appears to be in a good area. It has ample space for a group of 10 and comfortable beds with plenty of blankets and pillows.Cons: The house could be cleaner and more updated. There are stains on the cloth chairs and table mats in the dining room. The front and back of the house have cameras, but the listing doesn’t mention them in the pool area, which feels invasive. There’s also a back house on the property, which is right next to the pool and shares a trash can, causing an issue with garbage accumulation. The living room and only one bedroom have a TV, and there’s no pull-out bed in the living room even though the listing says there is. The patio furniture is old, and one of the lounge chairs broke when one person from our party sat down on it. There is only STREET parking. Overall, the house has potential but lacks full transparency in the listing.
