Der 2019 erbaute Bungalow ist modern eingerichtet. Das Grundstück befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage. Auch wegen der sonnigen Lage ist das Domizil beliebt. Zur Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Kinderspielplatz, Grillmöglichkeit und Terrasse.
