This serene DT home perfectly nestled at the foot of the historical Battery and Signal Hill area provides both incredible views of the harbour and walkability to all the best our DT has to offer. Right across the popular Battery Café, you can fuel up before heading out for a hike or DT to check out all the shops, restos, and entertainment. Best of all, you can lounge in the living room or on the top-floor balcony to take in all the sights right at home.

We Host is a professional property management company based in Newfoundland! We typically answer messages between 10:30AM and 9:30PM Newfoundland time. However, we are available 24/7 by phone/text (9:30pm-10:30am urgent calls only, please)! You may find yourself speaking with any of our team members. You can contact us via your booking channel as well as replying to the welcome messages you received upon confirmation.

This townhomes is in one of the most ideal St. John's locations, at the end of Battery Rd, just minutes on foot to everything Downtown St. John's has to offer. From restaurants and retailers to experiences and incredible views, everything you need is at your doorstep. Enjoy the popular Battery Cafe across the street!

The entire unit is yours to live in and enjoy! We provide fresh linens, towels, coffee, tea, and basic essentials upon your arrival.

For stays of 30 nights or more, snow clearing during the stay is the guest’s responsibility unless snow service is arranged for a fee




Upon arrival, you will park your vehicle if you have one in the driveway in front of the house. Use the electronic lock to access the property. You will be greeted by a small foyer leading both upstairs to the main living area, as well as the garage which gives you access to the washer and dryer.

Continue up the stairs and you will find the spacious and comfortable living area, kitchen, and dining area. Near the back of the home is a fully-equipped modern kitchen, dining space for six, and patio door leading to your own backyard! At the front of the home, enjoy a luxurious living room with cozy seating. Best of all - soak in the incredible views of the St. John's Harbour from your swivelling chair!

Up another flight of steps you will find both a king and queen bedroom, as well as the bathroom.

Take in more of that million dollar view from the king bedroom's private terrace.

>Bus: St. John's Metrobus operates several routes in the area.

>Taxi: available for convenient point-to-point transportation including the airport. Call or download the app to reserve.

>Walking: If the spots you're visiting are within walking distance, walking might be the most convenient option.

>Driving: While not required to explore the city, having a vehicle can be advantageous for visiting the outport communities surrounding St. John's.

Just a 1 minute walk across the street, you have The Battery Café, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee and biscuit while enjoying the view!
Visit the National Historic site of Signal Hill! Walk up Signal Hill Rd(all up hill) 19 minutes, or take the 5 minute drive up and enjoy the beautiful view of the Harbor & the Atlantic ocean! Walk around the grounds and learn about the history of St. John's!
Enjoy a 10 minute walk to Harbourside Park on Water Street, where you can enjoy the serene & tranquil environment! Continue down Water Street and appreciate all the local boutiques and local shops, countless restaurants, and amazing atmosphere downtown has to offer!

Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Loved the property. Great view great location we would definitely use this property again. Several surprises required extensions to our stay and the property managers were excellent to deal with.

Absolutely lovely place to stay in St. John's. There are views of the harbor from the front of the condo and green hill and trees from the back. Everything we could need was thought of for every room and fully stocked. We walked everywhere into the downtown and up to Signal Hill. Having free parking in the driveway in front of the home was a bonus!
