1.The host was nowhere to be found during our stay. The identified contact person did not reply to either of my calls.2. The light at the front door strobed 24 hours every day. No switch could be in found to turn it off. This condition can be dangerous for people with migraines and other conditions. The light should be replaced.3. It would be helpful if site information identified where garbage and recycling cans are stored.4. The only closet in the master bedroom is locked The result is no place to hang up clothing in the room.5. The VRBO site description does not state the owners do not want renters to flush toilet paper. I contacted the owner about this,as suggested on the VRBO site, because previous renters had commented about this. I received no reply from the owner. So the renter enters the house and finds placards in the bathrooms saying no flushing of toilet paper or any other paper product. If the owners insist that TP cannot be flushed, the owners need to state this is the case on the VRBO listing.6. We rented the house for 5 days. The owner provided us with ONE dishwasher tablet, and the renter is informed to turn on the dishwasher when checking out. Eight people lived at the house for this 5 day period. The owner should be providing enough tablets so that the renters can wash the dishes while occupying the house. One tablet is not enough.7. The VRBO listing says the house can host 9. Dishware is not enough for 9.

The location of the house was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was amazing! We could walk to the Hercules Waterfront, as well as to several amazing restaurants in the neighborhood. It was a short drive to Berkeley and San Francisco and everything else we had planned. The house was perfect with 3 upstairs bedrooms and a downstairs primary bedroom. The patio was perfect and we were amazed at all the plants and fruit trees growing. Would definitely stay again!

The house was nice with plenty of room. Parking was not great. Cabinets and some doors locked so we did not find big trash bin and felt uncomfortable leaving trash bag. Not enough chairs outside to sit. Jacuzzi did not work. Overall the house did work for us but I think they left some information out on website.
