About this apartment rental
Your accommodations are located in the former barn and are spread over two floors.
On the first floor, there is a separate sleeping area with a double bed in the former cow barn.
A kitchenette with a stove, oven, and sink has been built into the former threshing floor. A small refrigerator allows you to keep food cool and cook your own meals. The small bathroom also features a sink and a shower.
Upstairs, you can wind down at the end of the day on the cozy couch in front of the fireplace.
Or enjoy a meal in the dining area.
Our “Bauernhaus Vulkaneifel” vacation rental was built in 1824 as a Trier-style “Quereinhaus” and is celebrating its 20th0th anniversary. The building is now a historic landmark and exudes a charming old-world charm.
The “Bauernhaus Vulkaneifel” is divided into two vacation apartments. The main house, with two master bedrooms and two children’s rooms, is ideally suited for families of all sizes, accommodating a minimum of two and a maximum of six guests.
The second vacation rental, our “Vulkaneifel Barn” in the adjacent building, is ideal for singles and couples—accommodating one or two people. Outside, there is a small terrace where you can sit.
On-site costs: Free parking is available. Guests staying in the main house should park in the covered garage. Guests staying in the barn should park in front of the barn door. The nightly rate includes bed linens and towels for each guest. Final cleaning is also included in the price. Please remove the bed linens before departure and leave the vacation apartments swept clean. Use of the washing machine and dryer is included for guests staying in the main house. Guests staying in the main house may use the small garden in front of the house. Guests staying in the barn have access to the terrace under the large linden tree. The guest fee (formerly the visitor’s tax) for the Daun Municipal Association, amounting to 2.10 EUR per night for guests aged 18 and older, is already included in the total price. You will receive your guest card, along with the associated services and benefits, digitally or directly at the accommodation upon arrival.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
